Thomas received his Ph.D. in computer science from University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2015, where he also received my M.S. in 2012. He double majored in computer science and mathematics at Hamilton College, where I received my B.A. in 2009. He also taught computer science at Washington and Lee University from 2015 to 2017.
